How Do I Place An Order?
To place an order you need to complete the checkout process within your shopping cart. You can access and review items in your shopping cart by selecting the yellow cart icon at the top right of your screen, or by clicking here.
Shipping
We offer free standard post for all orders over $50. For any orders that do not qualify for free post there is a small postage fee. If you've left things to the last minute and completely forgot your kids birthday, don't panic.... we have you covered with Express Post. Express post is availbale on all orders and will get to most cities and towns in Australia within 2 business days (feel free to contact us with your postcode to confirm delivery times if you're still a little worried). All orders are sent and include free tracking with Australia Post.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
CamGear® accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For extra security and peace of mind you can pay using PayPal. All purchases made using PayPal include Buyer Protection at no extra charge. If you still don't trust the internet with your hard earned dollars, simply get in contact to place an order over the phone or email where you can pay on pick up instead.
Returns & Refunds
We've all ordered stuff and later changed our mind, so if this happens within 14 days of the product purchase date you may return part or all of your order for a full refund of the product/s purchase price. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage. In the event of damaged, defective (12 Month Guarantee) or incorrect orders we have Refunds and Exchanges available. Postage costs are non-refundable on product returns under the 14 Day Return Policy, however if you've received a damaged/defective product or the wrong product was sent to you we will pay the return postage costs. Before returning any products please contact us first so we can work out the best return method for you.
